Irene Worth on Happiness
Interview with Irene Worth

I spent so much of my life expecting bad things, worrying over so much, and my life did as it had been directed by my thought: It was full of bad and worrisome things.
And so I demanded happiness in my life. I just demanded happiness, and, like a beautiful and well-trained dog, it came to me, and it stayed.
Happiness comes to those who deserve it and demand it, and I may not deserve it, but no one ever directed it to her side quite like I did.
